The Baby Proofing Begins!

I put Tanner down with some toys this morning and was putting away the laundry. I was literally gone a minute and came back and found him under the coffee table! I can't believe how fast he can be when he really wants something! I guess it is time to start baby proofing the house!

Dada!

I have been trying to get Tanner to say dada for a VERY long time! And today he all of a sudden started saying it on his own! I know that he doesn't know what he is saying but I like to think that he does! :) And yes, I am loving this video thing today!

Tanner Scooting!

Here is a video of Tanner's scooting skills! He isn't very quick but it gets the job done. So far the best motivation is the binky!

My little Tanner Munchkin

Tanner decided today that after he saw his friend Mason crawling that he should give it a try too! We were at Grandma and Grandpa's house tonight and he started to "army crawl" across the room. He is just slowly getting the hang of it but he definitely is learning to move himself! I also had to add a song to the blog that I heard today that made me cry when I heard it...it totally describes how I feel about that little guy! Love him sooo much!!! I will try and get a video of his crawling skills soon!

The next morning I dropped some oatmeal on his tray and he thought it was fun to play in...I figured, why not, have a little fun!

Happy 8 Month Birthday!

I have no idea where the time has gone. Our little guy is getting so big so fast! He still isn't crawling although I have caught him in his crib up on all fours rocking. I think that he wants to master it in his crib before he shows mommy and daddy! I had a really hard time taking his picture with the dump truck this month. He just wanted to roll over and play with the truck and he definitely does not fit in it anymore! So this is the best that I could get!

Happy St. Patty's Day

Here are some photos from last night when we went to a St. Patty's Day party! There were a lot of kids there for Tanner to play with and to watch them play! There was a balloon there that he LOVED....loved so much that he tore the string off of it and off it flew into the sky! He also had fun wearing his Daddy's hat! We had a really good time hanging out with everyone and having some very good food!! We can't wait for next year!

New Toys!

Yesterday Tanner and I went to Meme's house and it was like Christmas over there! Tanner got some new toys from Meme and his Aunt Tia and cousin Kate!!! He has been having so much fun playing this morning!!! Thank you guys so much, he loves them!!!

Tanner's New Hat!

Tanner's grandma bought this hat for Aiden a long time ago but he wouldn't ever wear it! So when we were there this weekend and Tanner was outside playing we put the hat on him...and he surprisingly kept it on the whole time! He looked so cute that I just had to take a picture!!

Tanner's First Boat Ride

A few weekends ago we took the kids out on the boat. They both were a little unsure about the whole thing but we had such a fun time!!! We can't wait to take them again!!
